Our Romantic Getaway Experience begins with a relaxing jacuzzi evening, followed by a cozy overnight stay in our romantic RV, and ends with a beautifully styled glam picnic in the morning. Perfect for couples looking to celebrate love, connection, and unforgettable moments. Duration Check-in: 6:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM (next day) The Experience Begin your evening relaxing in the jacuzzi under the stars, setting the tone for a romantic and peaceful night. After, retreat to your cozy RV for an overnight stay, where comfort meets a unique glamping experience designed for two. In the morning, wake up surrounded by nature and enjoy a beautifully styled glam picnic to start your day in a memorable way. Please note, no smoking or vaping is allowed. Living in Harmony with Nature Our beautiful location in the woods offers an immersive natural experience. That means you might see some wildlife or insects, part of the charm of staying in nature! Nature brings beauty and adventure, and with that comes the occasional wildlife encounter. By respecting the environment, you can enjoy a truly magical experience here! - Wildlife: Expect to see creatures like squirrels, birds, and occasionally other small animals. They’re a natural part of the ecosystem, and while we keep things clean, you may spot them from time to time. - Insects: Being close to nature means you might encounter some bugs, mosquitoes, ants, spiders, etc. We do regular pest control and maintenance, but it’s possible you’ll run into these critters indoors or outdoors. Tips for a comfortable stay: - Keep doors and windows closed to avoid inviting wildlife and insects in, especially in the evening. - Store food in sealed containers and clean up promptly to prevent attracting any curious creatures. - Use insect repellent if needed. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation to secure your date and time. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and limited availability, we do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed. Rescheduling: One reschedule may be requested with at least 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled experience. Reschedules are subject to availability. Requests made with less than 72 hours notice may not be accommodated. Weather Policy: We are not responsible for weather conditions such as rain, wind, smoke, or extreme temperatures. For outdoor picnics, we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule based on availability or allow relocation to an alternate covered or indoor space provided by the client. No refunds will be issued due to weather. Location Responsibility (Picnic Anywhere): Clients are responsible for securing permission, reservations, or permits for public parks or private locations. We are not responsible for park closures, restrictions, or interruptions. Casa Vanyxel Experience: Casa Vanyxel is a private residential property. Guests must respect the space, follow all guidelines, and maintain a reasonable noise level at all times. Setup & Timing: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend your reservation time. Additional time must be requested in advance and may not be available. Care of Equipment: All décor and equipment must be treated with care. Any damage, stains, burns, or missing items may result in additional charges. General Guidelines: No smoking or vaping is allowed. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the experience. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
