Surrounded by gardens and nature, this experience offers a peaceful and elevated setting, combined with access to our 6-person jacuzzi during your reservation. Includes: • Private picnic setup • Access to jacuzzi • Towels provided • Outdoor shower access • Bottled water • Complimentary rosé wine Does not include: •Food or beverages Duration: 3 hours Perfect for: Romantic dates • Anniversaries • Proposals • Birthday surprises • Special celebrations.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation to secure your date and time. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and limited availability, we do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed. Rescheduling: One reschedule may be requested with at least 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled experience. Reschedules are subject to availability. Requests made with less than 72 hours notice may not be accommodated. Weather Policy: We are not responsible for weather conditions such as rain, wind, smoke, or extreme temperatures. For outdoor picnics, we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule based on availability or allow relocation to an alternate covered or indoor space provided by the client. No refunds will be issued due to weather. Location Responsibility (Picnic Anywhere): Clients are responsible for securing permission, reservations, or permits for public parks or private locations. We are not responsible for park closures, restrictions, or interruptions. Casa Vanyxel Experience: Casa Vanyxel is a private residential property. Guests must respect the space, follow all guidelines, and maintain a reasonable noise level at all times. Setup & Timing: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend your reservation time. Additional time must be requested in advance and may not be available. Care of Equipment: All décor and equipment must be treated with care. Any damage, stains, burns, or missing items may result in additional charges. General Guidelines: No smoking or vaping is allowed. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the experience. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
